You can return any item for a refund within 30 days of receiving your original order providing that the items are unopened and in original packaging.
If you want a different item, then you'll need to return the unwanted item for a refund and place a new order.
We'll refund the price you purchased your item at -this includes sale items.
All goods will be inspected on return.
It's no problem to exchange an item if you have ordered the wrong thing and we also replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and send your item to us.

Faulty hardware and accessories may be returned up to 12 months after the despatch date.
Hardware or accessories may be opened for the purpose of inspection (but not used) and may be returned for refund or exchange within 30 days of the despatch date. Please note that hardware must contain every component part (cables, memory sticks etc.) before it can be accepted as a return.
If sending the item a faulty item back, please remember to obtain proof of postage from the Post office (At no extra cost to yourself)
This does not affect your statutory rights.
It can usually take up to 7 working days (excluding weekends and bank holidays) from the date of your return for your parcel to be delivered back to our warehouse and procesed.
We will send you an email as soon as we’ve processed your return, letting you know whether a refund or exchange has been completed and this is usually done within 4 working days of receiving your return.
Any refund will automatically be issued to the payment method you used to place your original order. This typically takes 5 working days in the UK, depending on your payment method issuer.
We try hard to accept all returns, in the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you.
